Craft*folK was established in 1994 and is dedicated to supporting genuine artists and crafters who are looking to promote their work and actively encourage “in action” demonstrations to show off these skills. Individually produced food and drink displays are also welcome to add to the vibrant atmosphere of our contemporary free Fairs and Festivals where a real passion for tradition sometimes comes with a modern twist! Please make sure, due to changes in some of our procedures, that you read the Information Sheet regarding our events for this year. If you are registered with Craft*folK but have not received our email advising you that our dates for this year are finalised, then please complete our Request for 2012 Event Booking Forms, see link below, and return to jane@craftfolk.com If you are NOT registered with Craft*folK and would like to receive booking forms for our events please either:
With the wealth of knowledge gleaned from organising and participating in events for many years we are also happy to advise any new, up and coming participants on any aspect of crafting as having the courage to sell your work to customers, other than friends and family, can be very daunting and additional encouragement is sometimes needed. Please contact us if you wish to discuss this further. For more information on our Christmas Market this year please visit www.cardiffchristmasmarket.com Another facet of our business is what we call dry stall hire so if you are looking to organise your own event please go to www.stallhirewales.com for further details of this service.
