Our Welsh Craft Market is part of the St David's Day celebrations organised by Cardiff City Council including the National St David's Day Parade starting from City Hall at 12.30 and culminating outside St David's Hall, featuring a colourful array of musicians, carnival dancers, banners and of course the Giants of Wales together with our Craft Market offering a wide selection of Welsh crafts including traditionally baked welsh cakes, pancakes made with local ingredients and our very own harpist, Rhiain Bebb, who kindly agreed to play each day of our event epitomising through her music what St David's Day is all about.  Please use this link  http://cdbaby.com/cd/rhiainbebbaffrindiau if you would like to download and purchase Rhiain's latest CD.

Set in the highly visual Landsea Square area our unique outdoor free event is an ideal venue to showcase genuine artists and crafters who are keeping traditional skills alive by producing and selling their own high quality work.  A selection of food and drink stalls, together with childrens  workshops featuring sand art and painting, will enhance the Craft*folK experience at this extremely well supported event.

"The best of Spring"   This all in one must-see show  returns to the parklands of Cardiff Castle.  Charming show gardens, floral marquees, beautiful displays of spring flowers and a host of fun activities for all the family to enjoy including fine Welsh food, nature trails and live music complimented with Craft*folK genuine art and craft stalls.

With a wide variety of hand made, original crafts on offer together with confectionery, crepes, cupcakes, fruit wines and liqueurs why not make Cardiff Bay your destination for a family outing this Bank Holiday weekend. We have also organised a selection of workshops for children and face painting, together with some of our very talented crafters demonstrating their skills.

Sited in the heart of the City's trading area our wooden units house genuine artists and crafters who are keeping traditional skills alive by producing and selling their own high quality work, together with tempting food and drink stalls.  Art and craft demonstrations are always a welcome addition to add to the unique shopping experience.

International Food and Drink Festival 2012, Roald Dahl Plass, Cardiff Bay                        Friday 6 July to Sunday 8 July 2012

Opening times:  Friday and Saturday 12noon to 9pm and Sunday 12noon to 7pm

Only art and craft stalls permitted with Craft*folK at this event  -  no food concessions. All food and alcohol producers must apply direct to Cardiff Council.

The Cardiff International Food and Drink Festival showcases the best of Welsh produce alongside that of its international neighbours. It will host over 40 individual food and drink producers from throughout Wales who will be joined by producers from France, Germany, Norway, Italy and the Czech Republic.  Together with a full entertainment programme featuring music, dance, street entertainers and cookery demonstrations along with a French ‘Guingette’ serving Muscadet wine and a well-stocked bar and restaurant tent.   Craft*folK stalls hosting dedicated, genuine artists and crafters promoting their hand made creations will again add to the colourful atmosphere.        www.cardiff-festival.com

Featuring Europe's largest traveling funfair, medieval villages, rock bands, street entertainment and theatre plus the Big Cheese Tent. It is also an ideal time to have a "test run," even if it is only for a few days, if you are interested in taking part in our Christmas event. Arts and crafts situated in the open air on the railings around the Norwegian Church at this beautiful waterside setting. Please note our stalls are not available for these dates. Bring your own table, weather dependent, let us know your intention to participate and then just turn up and pay on the day.

The extremely successful Cowbridge Food and Drink Festival, now in its 8th year, will again host over 70 suppliers of top quality produce from throughout Wales, a Champagne tent, Salon Culinare competition, real ale festival, and children's activities together with over 40 of our vibrant art and craft stalls.  www.cowbridgefoodanddrink.org

We are also very pleased to be working with the Welsh Government Regional Centre at our Christmas Market again this year as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week.  Further details to follow.

Housed in unique wooden chalets designed and built by Craft*folK, passers-by will be tempted by a diverse range of high quality products such as enamel and pewter work, heritage images of Wales and Welsh slate products, carved Welsh lovespoons, metalwork, photography, hand built and thrown pottery, silver and precious stone jewellery, traditional wooden items and toys, art works and cards for all occasions, specialist knotting, glasswork, and needlework together with many original decorative items for the house and garden - to name but a few! 

Visitors will relish the alternative shopping experience and enjoy commissioning bespoke personalised gifts or just tasting the irresistible seasonal food and drink on offer or just enjoying a glass of mulled wine.
